Yes, subscriptions can be paused if you’ll be inactive for three weeks or more in a given month. In that case, we’ll pause your plan for the full month.
Pauses aren’t available for shorter breaks (one to two weeks), as the program is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate those.
During a pause, your program won’t be updated, and coaching will be temporarily on hold.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before your next billing cycle to process the pause.If you return early, you’ll have the option to resume with a prorated payment based on the remaining days of that month—so you can get back on track right away

If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, we offer money back guarantee if you request a refund within the first month of your subscription.

No, we offer a month to month rolling contract that can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice.

We understand things come up. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling, as per our cancellation policy. Missed appointments without notice may be rescheduled at the standard 60-mins appointment, priced at £80.

You’ll meet Alex, our osteopath and sports therapist, once per month in-person to assess your progress, perform injury specific objective testing, and address any concerns. These sessions will take place at one of our locations, depending on client preference.

Yes, we offer a 60-mins appointment combining sports massage and osteopathy as a stand alone service, priced at £75.

If you are already on a subscription, simply let us know via WhatsApp or during your consultation, and we will help you schedule your appointment. Please note that these services are not included in the standard subscription package and are charged separately.
