Why your current programme may not fit

You don’t need another
list of plyometrics.

You need to know what is limiting your jump, what to train and how to fit it around the sport you already play.

01 / YOUR STARTING POINT

Train what you need.

More of the same is not always the answer. Your assessment gives your training a clear priority.

02 / YOUR SPORTING WEEK

Keep your games in the plan.

Your available days and sporting schedule help shape a week you can actually follow.

03 / YOUR PROGRESS

Know what comes next.

Your feedback guides adjustments, so the programme can respond as you develop.

How it works

Individualised from the start.

I design the programming and the progression behind your plan. Your assessment and training feedback determine how it is applied to you.

01

Find your starting point

Your performance, experience and availability inform your programme.

02

Train around your week

Follow 2–5 total training sessions, with your available days and games taken into account.

03

Adjust as you progress

Your previous week guides the next. Reassessments shape your next block so you constantly make progress.

An example of training around your sport

Your week.
Your number of sessions.

Keep the Saturday game. Choose how many training days fit around it and explore what your week could look like.

Two sessions combine more work into each visit. Four or five can spread it out, including lower-load sessions. More days doesn’t mean every day is hard.

How many training sessions fit your week?

These are examples, not fixed prescriptions. Your assessment, game demands and recovery shape the focus, timing and workload. The game is shown separately from your 2–5 programme sessions.

WED

FRI

SAT

Other days: rest or your existing sport commitments, accounted for in your programme.

The coach behind your programme

I’m Stuart Pearce.

I know what it’s like to want your first dunk and feel like you’re getting nowhere. I tried workout after workout and jump programmes that left me frustrated and, too often, with knee pain. That experience is part of why I built SimplyAthletic: to help you understand what to work on and follow a plan that fits your starting point and your sport.

I’ve spent 11 years working in strength and conditioning with international and national athletes across basketball, football, volleyball and track and field.

SimplyAthletic brings my programming into a system that responds to the athlete using it. Both options use my programming expertise. Premium coaching adds more of my personal time, review and feedback.

Before you join

A few useful answers.

How is my programme individualised?

Your assessment establishes your starting point. Your training availability and games inform the plan, while training feedback and reassessments guide adjustments and your next block.

What equipment do I need?

The programme uses standard gym equipment. You train 2–5 times per week, based on your availability.

What contact is included with the adaptive programme?

You get access to the athlete community, where members can talk to each other. I share exclusive content and dip into discussions. Personal technique reviews, weekly video feedback and direct coaching are part of premium 1:1.

How does the seven-day trial work?

Your adaptive programme starts with seven days free. Begin with your assessment and getting set up. After the trial, your chosen subscription is £20 per month or £200 per year.

What does 24-hour support mean?

You can send questions directly to me at any time. It does not mean an immediate reply at every hour. Premium coaching also includes weekly video feedback, technique reviews and day-to-day adjustments as needed.

What if premium coaching is not right for me?

Premium 1:1 coaching comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How much will my vertical jump improve?

There is no fixed increase promised. Your starting point, consistency, recovery and sporting workload all influence progress. Reassessments help you track your own results.
